Example 1:

lets say you have 12 people in the company but really ONLY need to monitor 2 of them... then it will be most cost effective to install a unit that records EXTENSIONS.

 

Example 2:

However, if you think that calls can be made ( or recieved) at ANY extension... then you should record ALL calls via the Echange LINES ( all connections to Telkom, Neotel, VoIP, Premicell etc.)

There are three record modes of the system for you to choose from: Voltage, voice and manual control.
Voltage control: record according to voltage change, ie, start when telephone is picked up while finish when telephone is hung up.
Audio voice control: record based on whether there is sound signal in the line check, such as interphone and so on;
